| NOTE |
| 1. |
Marble and granite are natural stone materials
containing veins with tonality differences.
There will be colour and markings caused by
their complex mineral composition and incorporated
impurities. While such materials can be pre-selected
before installation, this non-conformity in
the marble or granite hence cannot be totally
avoided. Granite tiles are pre-polished before
laying and care has been taken for their installation.
However, granite, being a much harder material
than marble cannot be re-polished after installation.
Hence some differences can be felt at the
joints. |
| 2. |
As
timber is a natural product, it is not possible
to achieve total consistency of colour and
grain in its selection and installation. |
| 3. |
The
choice of type, brand, colour and model of
materials, fittings, equipments and appliances
supplied shall be subject to market availability
and the sole discretion of the Vendor. |
| 4. |
Layout/location
of wardorbes, kitchen cabinets and fan coil
units is subject to architect's final design. |
| 5. |
Where
manufacturers, contractors of suppliers of
fittings, equipment and appliances give warranties,
the Vendor shall pass such warranties to the
Purchaser when possession of the Unit is delivered
to the Purchaser, and the Vendor shall not
be answerable for any failure of these manufacturers,
contractors and suppliers to honour any warranty. |
